High Protein Spinach & Artichoke Pizza
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, strained
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup ricotta cheese, part skim
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can artichokes, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Gluten Free Tortilla wrap
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, ricotta and seasonings. Mix well. Add spinach and artichokes to mixture. Then place it on the tortilla wrap. Add mozzarella, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Place in over on 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
